To Visit the JOHNSON LIBRARY AND MUSEUM (JLM)

JLM welcomes visitors. We have a standard tour which visits ten rooms in the four main buildings. These tours last about 50-60 minutes. They are regularly offered during Sundays in June. The public is cordially invited to utilize these scheduled tours. Standard tours may be scheduled for groups at any season, depending on circumstances with two weeks notice. Special tours may be scheduled for scholars or others with special interests.

JLM is located at 220 Main Street in Osceola, Missouri near the intersection of Main and Mulberry Streets about four blocks south of the county courthouse. The Osage River, now sometimes referred to as Truman Lake, Adjoins JLM to the west. Osceola is located in western Missouri on Missouri Highway 13. Osceola is about 65 miles north of Springfield, Missouri and about 100 miles southeast of Kansas City.
